The ADG BattleShield is a lightweight, rifle mounted shield intended to give the user added protection and confidence in accuracy during an engagement. The BattleShield is a UL approved fiberglass armor panel with a polycarbonate ballistic window mounted in the sight plane. The BattleShield is typically secured to a rifle with picatinny mounts giving the user rigidity during use while also being removable when not in use. The protection afforded the face and hands allow BattleShield users to continue fighting even after taking on fire or receiving blast fragments. The BattleShield can be custom fit for any rifle application with options for tactical flashlight and laser optics mounting as well.
